I discovered itchy bites on my legs, after further investigation I found an insect in my bed. I contacted Gert on a Sunday thinking I would hear back on Monday but he contacted me within 30 minutes!!! amazing!! he really helped put my mind at ease as he was able to tell me the insect was a carpet beetle. I am so very grateful THANK YOU ! If you have a proble these guys are the solution!!!!
