Updated review following much better customer service. After having issues with the product I ordered and struggling to obtain an update from customer service team, they shortly after wrote to me to advise they are experiencing a very busy time. A replacement was promptly offered and processed and cannot fault their service since then. The item was received and in full working order so I hope that my initial experience was just a blip at an unprecedented time.
