My use of the Blaster-Time website most recently (01/02/23) was to pre-order a Blaster for my son which is due for release on 29/03. We have now ordered several times from the site and both it and afterwards customer service has been terrific. We're very grateful to be able to easily order from the UK. The only issue we've had previously is with an item which exceeded £135 in cost which therefore led to a long delay at the customs section of the Courier (DPD) here in the UK which had to be constantly chased up. That was absolutely not the fault of Blaster-Time however, we do wonder if there is possibly scope to choose an alternative UK Courier for items which would be subject to clearance at customs here in the UK. Since Brexit we know it's a bigger issue, but I do think DPD's service fell far short of what Blaster-Time pay them to carry out. Thank you for this opportunity to have a say.
