Had a shipping problem, staff replied to my email quickly. Hoping the shipping issue will be resolved. Generally the shipment tracking system is no giving accurate information. It keeps saying package will be delivered tomorrow but appears to indicate delivery to the next shipping courier. Note this is international so maybe unusual. I will update my review if received.
