I still haven't received my item and it was ordered over 15 days since the order. I have contacted Blaster-Time, yet they've been unable to offer a refund or resend the item. They claim they have contacted the courier (DPD) but since that response I've heard nothing from Blaster-Time with the exception of this feedback request.
I dont think Blaster-Time understand what good customer service is and their responsibilities as a supplier of goods and services.

We have to wait on DPD to provide us info on what was happening. Now that it's clear what happened (Due to an internal DPD error the package will be returned), we've updated you with possible solutions.
We always provide a solution, but errors in shipping always take a bit of time. We also don't like that, but it's what we have to deal with unfortunately.
