I placed an order, and they refused to deliver on time with too many excuses. Not only did my package disappear somewhere between NL Post and NL Customs, but Blaster Time did absolutely nothing to help locate it.
Their website falsely claims “no extra charges for Europe”, yet my package was held at customs. Cyprus is part of the EU, so why did it go through customs in the first place? My son lost the Christmas gift, and I don't have time to order it from elsewhere, and you know what it means—the Christmas gift for a child.
This is misleading, unacceptable, and unprofessional.
Blaster Time’s complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer support is appalling. My order is lost, my time is wasted, and I’m left with nothing. I strongly advise against using Blaster Time for any purchases. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Your order is on it's way. We shipped the package on the same day that you placed your order. The order also did not disappear. It simply takes time to reach Cyprus, as it's 3.000 km away from our warehouse. The reason it goes through customs is because it goes by plane. All shipments to Cyprus go through customs, regardless if it's from inside the EU or ourside. There are no extra charges, as stated on our website.
Shipping to Cyprus takes a long time, there is no way for us to change that. Because of that, we would never promise a fast delivery to Cyprus.
We updated you on the shipping situation several times, but we can't change anything about the situation. I'm sorry we can't deliver on your expectations of delivery.
