I was on vacation and got in need of a new ski. Found the best ski and bindings for my budget on this site. I wasn't sure if the ski would arrive in time, so I contacted their help desk which answered within a couple of minutes (in the weekend!!!). The ski arrived in time, and I had a great vacation with it. Thx a lot! :)
