Lidia at Centre for Surgery made the initial conversation not only straightforward, but comfortable and personable; she was understanding and well-informed - imbuing me with the confidence to book a consultation. She continued to provide excellent service throughout our contact for which I am extremely grateful.
The support from Mr. Sinha, my surgeon, was extraordinarily positive throughout. His person-centred perspective and non-judgemental, understanding approach to this procedure made me feel validated, and his exemplary skills created an excellent outcome. I cannot begin to recommend him highly enough.
My lead nurse practitioner, Nicola, who has been unfailingly professional, cordial and generous with her time and expertise; made the surgical after care and follow-up process a relaxed and comfortable one where I can honestly say that I looked forward to our virtual catch-ups.
My chaperone Sophia deserves a special mention. From our initial meeting, she became the friend I didn’t know I needed! I felt immediately at ease with her; Sophia’s outgoing, jovial and empathetic approach to her role meant that any sense of apprehension or anxiety regarding this process quickly dissipated.
