After placing the order, the confirmation with the buyer of the order (before actual manufacture and delivery) is done by email. Usually this is done by phone… Then, the driver’s mat is bigger than the designated place of the carpet. The carpet clips provided with the mats are not matching the vehicle’s specs. All this saying these are designed for each type of vehicle based on original drawings of the carpets. Gave few stars for the mats quality and delivery.
