No support, no replies, returns are a pain with this company

As we can see you have registered your return but we have not received anything yet.
We have replied to your email with the address where you can return the product. As soon as we have received the product, we will either send a new one or you will receive your money back.
We would like to help you, but as long as we have not received any products, we can do nothing further.
