I made an order and I payed for it days ago, but after they changed the order status in "elaborating" I didn't received any info on that. They didn't answer my e-mails. The first purchase was smooth but this one wasn't and I don't know why: six days have passed and they replied to me just to tell me to change my feedback but they didn't tell me if and how they will fix this situation. I will change my feedback if they will give me explanations on what happened and if they will make amends in some way: I payed for a tracked delivery but this time I never received a tracking number (I hope they send the order at least) so I don't know if and when I will receive the order.
