My experience with the product is bitter-sweet. I guess I was rather unlucky with the mattress as there was a production fault and the mattress arrived tot he Netherlands (I guess from Italy) damaged on one side. The Dorelan people in Leiderdorp were excellent in the management of the issue: in a matter of days (less than 20 days in all) they came over twice to assess the problem and had a new mattress delivered to replace the faulted one.

Thank you very much for your kind feedback. As explained, the damage to the mattress probably occurred during transport from Italy to the Netherlands. But we are pleased that we were able to deliver a new replacement mattress so quickly in collaboration with the factory.
