Very bad. Boutgh because of imediate shipping. Item is blocked since 28-01-2020 07:59 on Netherlands Hub Utrecht 14.60 Customs clearance is delayed due to a missing invoice. No contact from ESTA or any explanation. Don´t even give a estimate when it will be shipped.
