Shipping cost exeedet value of order and did not include import handling fee. Has to be made clearer in the ordering process of thr shop

Thank you for your feedback. I noticed that you live in Switzerland and had the package shipped there. Unfortunately Switzerland is not in the EU and therefore the shipping costs and custom clearance are very expensive compared to our products. We offer this option because some customers find it worth their while and they can't find any other option to receive our products. Before finalizing your order you can always see the amount that we charge for your country in terms of shipping but maybe you missed it. I wish I had better news to share or a cheaper shipping option. If things change we'll let you know!
