When attempting to use the Flyparks booking website, I entered my details and hit submit. After 5 minutes with the site "cogitating" with no response, I dropped out and tried again. The same problem occurred, so after waiting for another 5 minutes I attempted a third time and had success this time. My account was deducted 3 times so I sent an email to your contact and was informed that the problem would be investigated. One false booking was deducted, allbeit with a 15% charge! but the other false booking remained. All this in addition to a foreign currency charge. Not impressed...
