Not straight forward and very frustrating and expensive in the end. The paper work says they are 24/7 but they are not. I have had to get a taxi home and go back the next day to pick my car up in another taxi. The guys at the shop have told me they will pay for the expenses. They have asked me to send my account number to a random mobile number which I will be enquiring about today with some legal advise.
