The range of available pet foods is great and the speed of delivery is highly reliable. The past two times though there have been problems with my orders.
The first time an item that was ordered was not sent. I queried the missing item from my order via WhatsApp and was told I would get a refund. It never happened.
The second time the stock on your website did not match what was available and I ordered something that was out of stock. You sent me a different product instead.

I'm sorry to hear that not everything went the way you are used to from us.
Normally, the customer is contacted immediately by one of our staff members if a particular item would be out of stock. And they may not ‘just’ give you another article.
I will of course look into this for you.
