Because Gildeprint representatives organise annual workshops at the NKI, Gildeprint was the most obvious choice for printing my thesis. I did not have time for a comprehensive comparison of printing companies and I knew what Gildeprint had to offer. Upon my initial approach, all communication went smooth, and it was nice to get quick answers to any questions I had. It only was sometimes hard to know who I was communicating with, but that did not matter much, as they knew about my order. Gildeprint is flexible and they have a good (transparant, flexible) transportation offer, which I liked because I live abroad. They really want to sell you PUR over perfect bind and only after a few phone calls (and internet searches) I knew that for me perfect bind was fine as well.
