Contacted them to print my phd thesis. After some difficulties with producing the layout of my thesis myself, I had to ask them for help, just days before the deadline. Although the deadline was tight, they put my cover in the correct layout, edited it in a more artistic way -as we discussed- and delivered my thesis on time.
