I contacted Gildeprint very last minute and they responded promptly and were able to get my thesis printed in record time. This totally saved me. However, once I had accepted the offer, communication was somewhat lacking. I had a few questions and concerns and I never got a response. But all is well that ends well, and the thesis arrived on the promised date, and that was all I really cared about.
