The first contact with Gildeprint was quick and clear. This gave me confidence to let my thesis being printed with this company. The service during the rest of the process was good, sometimes the communication was not completely clear (what are the steps in thesis printing and when to expect what). I am happy with the overall end result of my thesis, except for the sewed binding that is not finished very nicely (glue residues; small detail).
