My experience with Gildeprint was fine. In the beginning the quality of the copies wasn’t good. Nevertheless, I agreed with one of the staff members to receive 80 more copies of my thesis. In few days I received around 60 copies which quality was perfect. I asked either for the refund of the wrong copies or for more copies with a good quality. They called me confirming their availability in both the solutions
