Great process from start to end. I met one of your employees at a lunch organized at TU/e, he had plenty of examples and a lot of information. He handed out a booklet with all the tips and tricks you need to do the lay out. When it was time to print my Thesis, it was very easy to communicate with Jeffrey and Peter. The procedure was clear and they were very communicative. They are very friendly and customer-oriented people. We spoke on the phone and e-mailed to fix minor issues, and their response was always very professional and timely. I am very satisfied with the product.
