After comparing several dissertation "books" printed by various companies in NL, I decided to send my thesis to Gildeprint. My experience has been very positive with Gildeprint. I noted two issues in the test print: one color page was printed BW and the fonts in one of the figures were wrong. They not only fixed those in the final copies but also delivered them two days earlier than normal so I could distribute and send them to the committee members on time before the Christmas holidays. I am very satisfied with the quality of the paper (G-115 gram), matte anti-scratch cover, and the PUR binding. Also the quality of the print is superb (no smearing or spots in the white background, etc). I am very glad with the choice I made, which was based on careful comparison and "research." A few days before my defense, I carefully read my thesis line by line, including all figures and tables, from the title page to bibliography and "about the author" page, and I found absolutely no problem with their work (only a coupl of punctuation and notation typos, which is not their fault).
