There was a very good communication between me and the employees working there. I arranged with them a time schedule for getting my thesis printed on time, considering also the bureaucratic times and the last necessary finishing up. Everything was arranged clearly, not only by email but also by simple phone call, which I prefer usually. As soon as I needed to change something in my plan they were always available to listen and advice me. The theses were delivered on time and last but not least, the quality was excellent.
