At the beginning I was in a hurry with the thesis (in the end such a hurry was not necessary). They assured me that the back cover designed of my thesis could be ready soon. I did not like the time response by the designer. She promised me she was gonna have the design on the same week. However, 10 days later I still hadn't received anything. I liked the design, but I found her very unprofessional. Also The employees should read carefully what one says and attached. I was told at least three times (maybe 4) that I had to correct something. That something I had corrected it since the very first time, and the employee just didn't see it and kept complaining about it. In all my emails with him, I kept telling him that the issue was fixed.
