Generally very good. Two negative points: - the number of books delivered deviated from the ordered amount. It would have been nice if this was explicitly mentioned and apologized for, even though this was part of the terms. - some of the books are used in the trainings for potential customers. No explicit consent is asked for this. I think this is rather rude.
