This is basically a SCAM, I paid more than 100E for a power tower that had never been delivered, this was two weeks ago. I sent several emails to customer support and they did not answer any of them. They do not have any contact number, so yes, I'm almost sure this was a fraud, I'm going to present a police report this week and see if I can get my money back.
