The delivery driver didn't specify a time and simply turned up. I was only 15min away so we missed each other not once but twice. Problem is, he just left the pallet the second time. I wanted to put the pallet the garage, but as he left outside the garage had to re-stack the wood from the pallet into the garage. This could have easily been avoided if I was just provided with a time window to be available -- which didn't happen either time.
That said -- the wood is of very high quality. Dry and well cut. So very happy with the overall service. Just quite a hassle with the delivery.
