Excellent. It took some time to create an account from the EN site, but once that was over everything else flowed easily. The info in the site is complete and I received a delivery appointment within a few hours. The delivery persons were punctual and helpful. A few days after I asked customer care for an appliance manual in English, and the assistance was immediate.
