We had first chosen a different company and the problems had started before we even got our washing machine. The waiting period was more than 2 weeks so we searched for an alternative. We found HOMIE with even better prices and promised fast service. The washing machine arrived indeed within 1 week. There was transparency regarding the costs and enough communication regarding the delivery. The HOMIE employees brought the washing machine to the 2nd floor (with no lift) and installed it. Now we can finally do our laundry in our new house.
