- Instalation was fast and personnel kind and nice. - I like the option of 6 months contract, in case we move to another apartment or we decide to buy a washing machine ourselves (other providers only have a minimum of a year commitment). - Prices are very convenient. - Customer service is efficient and helpful. - As expats, the website is English is really appreciated ;)
