I really wanted to use the service but had the following issues: - Payment: I did validate 3 times and had the success screen but never received any approval email and never understood what was going on - I replied to the email to reschedule the delivery but didn't get a reply and then the delivers showed-up so I had to tell them to come another time - They didn't properly attach the rack I paid so it is loose.. - the washing machine doesn't have the hand-wash program that I did expect to be standard one - on some parts, the washing machine seems cheap
