Everything was perfect especially because I could pay with visa/mastercard, just that the first time they placed the washer dryer they didn't remove the moving safety blocks as well as they putted the incorrect tube, so we had to call assistance as it was moving a lot and wasn't working. The service later though was very professional and now it works.
