The customer service experience was excellent. However, I'm dissatisfied with the washing machine itself. It has limited options, takes too much time, and causes severe wrinkling and crumpling of clothes.

We have a wide range of programs on the machine, perhaps we can forward you the machine's manual so you can see all the programs on the machine. In fact, on the machine you have a choice of 12 programs that you can set as you choose.
The manual of all our machine are also located on the QR code on the front of the machine.
In addition, it is possible to set short programs.
However, the programs are longer than a washer and dryer separately, this is because the machine needs a lot of effort, to switch from a washer to the drying functions, this unfortunately takes time for the machine.
Also, the machine has a program called Baby care. This is specially made for a more careful washing.
