As far as the machine and general service goes, it's OK. It's easy and short to set up a contract and you can get your machine ready quickly. The app and website are a little cumbersome, I don't feel like I have all my information and data clearly displayed. The delivery/transport service quality is poor. In my experience, they didn't show up at the time they said they would (a few times). Once they even showed up without the machine they were supposed to bring.
