Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by not collecting the old washing machine during the delivery.
At the time of delivery, we found that the machine was still full of water, making it too heavy for our team to lift safely. To avoid any potential issues during transport, we made the decision in consultation to leave the machine temporarily in place.
We would like to assure you that this procedure is clearly stated on our website, as well as during the ordering process. Additionally, we will make sure to mention it again in the order confirmation you received.
