I placed an order on 2.2.24 and paid by credit card. The amount was debited immediately. An order confirmation email was not sent (incidentally, there was no typing error on my part). I then contacted customer service. A short time later, I actually received a reply stating that the branded watch strap I had ordered was not available and that they had suggested alternatives. I denied this several times and asked customer service to refund me the invoice amount. When my tone became more drastic, I suddenly received a system email with a returns confirmation. I was informed that the credit note could take up to 14 days. This period has elapsed and of course I have not received any money back! Customer service continues to play dead!

CONCLUSION: Unfair business practices with a nasty scam!!!

Not without reason would it cost an extra fee if you pay via PayPal. Of course, you could have claimed your money back yourself.
