After trying a few other places, the ALL PALE in comparison. ICON is the BEST place hands down, and heres why. The staff...everyone is professional kind and respectful, they are cordial with each other and they work well with each other to be on time, to solve problems and to assist us the volunteers. the San Antonio facility specifically is absolutely GREAT! I cant say enough about it, and that kind of culture has to come from the top and imbues the attitudes of everyone. Love Love Love it!

yes, the only way you can improve on this location, is to close it down for 7 days and send EVERYONE on a paid vacation to a location they all agree on. they work so hard, both night shift and day shift to get the job done and I really appreciate it as well as many other participants that ive spoken with. thank you again for having such a great facility.
