I asked for a woonrapport and I got a bunch of disparate documents with information I already had, with the only info I was interested in (market value estimation) missing. E-mailed back and forth for more than a week and kadasterdata.nl still refuses to either send me a full report or refund me. When I tell them they never provided me with a market value estimation, they keep telling me my woz waarde (which corresponds to a year when the building wasn't even completed!). I also needed to chase them a few times, as they were not answering e-mails. I strongly advise you spend your money elsewhere.
