Compared to the UK (lendahand Ethex) site I have previously used, it was difficult to register.
Specifically I had a problem that my passport scan was of too poor quality. I was not informed of this (by email or an error message on the website) and when I tried to invest (on at least 3-4 occasions) there was no payment option (but also no information about why I could not invest) which was frustrating.
Eventually I got a generic customer service email asking why I had not invested, and after explaining the problem I was told about the issue with the passport photo quality and managed to resolve it.
What do you think of the information on the Lendahand website?
Generally good, but the registration procedure was difficult (see above), and there is no explicit information about your account status (waiting for document approval, able to invest, etc.....)
