Your customer support is great - very friendly over the phone/chat. One of the employees on the phone was not knowledgeable enough - I was told both the mattress and bed can be delivered at the same time, but that was not the case. However, another person was able to recover the situation by offering a different solution. Your delivery - 1st order (bed): one of the men (the older one) assembling the bed dropped a bed part and damaged my floor! He was very clumsy and not paying attention to not causing damage. That's very bad! The other man (the younger one) was very careful. 2nd delivery (mattress): there was only one man and my husband had to help him carry the mattress (2mx2m!) from the car through the door. I was told you deliver the mattress through the door and that was not the case! My husband is suffering from back pain, so that was really bad. However, the product (bed) is nice and we're happy with it (it could be better if the bed wasn't so rough to the touch). Mattress has no handles - how is that possible with a mattress this size?! It was a nightmare to carry it to the bedroom.
