Problems; First, luckily I didn't automatically click to confirm the order before making sure it was correct, or all the socks I asked for would have been in the wrong size. For whatever reason, I had to re-do the sock-size request several times before they finally showed up on the final order in the correct size. And then my bancontact card wouldn't work because your system was messing up again. But it was handy you were available on a Saturday to respond to my emails.
Then came the delivery, which, thankfully was impressively fast, but with issues. One "bestelling" was split into 3 boxes and apparently given to two different couriers services, B-post and DHL and what happened was we got one box, a neighbour to our left got another and the neighbor to our right got the third. Ridiculous. One order should be sent at one time using one courier, or, if not possible, given different order numbers so emails make sense.
Lastly, a warning, or tip should be placed on the Italian made Sixton 81156-05 Montana S3. I order a size 44 along with the same size in the Cofra Cofra Bering S3 which are an exact fit, but with the Sixton, the top of my feet feel crushed, the sides; like they're in prison and my heels are sore. I'm sure a size 45 would be too big, especially for my left foot, so I'll have to break them in but I'll have to bleed to do so!
