\Poor response with my case , reference no C1160690, whenever i call in or email i am told a different version of the outcome, i am still not sure of how this matter works forward, even the ombudsman hasnt advised me on this matter. The third party wants to recover my vehicle and wants Miway to submit the documents and therefore will not liaise with me, stating that both the insurances should resolve the matter. I am told by Miway to liaise with the third party myself regarding the recovery and wants nothing to do with the third party. What is your advise or solution as i need to have my vehicle repaired / recovered.
