From the time I got a call back after sending a request, to get life cover I was shocked by the friendly service I received but most importantly how quick I got a call back.
Time to time I would receive a follow up call to check if I am still happy with my cover and if I would like any additional changes.
The sms opinion is fantastic to get hold of an agent to call you back, if your debit order has bounced or did not go through for whichever reason so.
