I have spending quiery about my 2 existing funeral covers with you and you are not getting back to me. I accidentally opened anew one through Sanlam and they said they referred the matter to you and you are still quiet regardless of emails that I send to you. Urgently contact me in that regard as I do not want to reverse and damage my credit record.
