Horrific.... I've been with my way for over 7 years. I registered a claim about a month ago and still waiting since they say their investigation is still in process. They have been requesting for ridiculous information like proof of purchase for an item i bought then and also wanting contact numbers of the people that bought me some of the items as gift. MiWay horrific
