Good evening, I had a bad experience. After I have sent an email to clarify some things on the life cover policy after reading it thoroughly, but the lady who called me back was rude, she asked me a question as if I have omitted information purposely. how can I omit information purposely and be the one to volunteer to clarify e.g., the question if I have done scan before? I thought of if later when I was reading the policy as it was not indicated what type of scan have, I done then I thought of pregnancy scan. The lady indicated that my policy can be cancelled after re-assessment and the consultant will call me. since then, I have been waiting for the call since I don't know if the policy is continuing or not
