I have been a MiWay client for quite some time and I have been very happy with my insurance, however, the call I received this morning was absolutely disappointing. What type of agent laughs at their client and then puts the phone down in your ear! MiWay, you record all calls, please go and listen to them and see how your employees speak to your clients!! Very unprofessional!! Please train your people properly and get rid of these employees that don't appreciate their jobs!! Absolutely disgusting!
