I signed up and was told they would cancel the current insurance policy I had. Fast forward to month end and BOTH insurers debit my account as MiWay infact did NOT cancel the previous insurer. They then have the audacity to send me a text claiming they tried to call me numerous times to conclude cancellation - LIES. I have now been on the phone for 11min - its 08h11 and I called at 8am - apparently they are now experiencing a high volume of calls - so early? Don't talk nonsense. Their sales pitch is phenomenal but execution and service appalling.
